Kelsey Nordahl represented me through my divorce and was a delight to work with. Kelsey and her team were quick to respond to my inquiries, helped guide me through the legal process, and worked to protect my interests throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone who finds themselves in need of legal representation.
I am so thankful I found this team to represent me and was very satisfied with their work. Sophie and Greg as well as the rest of their team did an awesome job responding to questions and concerns. They made a very difficult time in my life seem not as daunting and removed a lot of my stress with the work they did. Thank you!
I’m a paralegal and have worked in law firms for over 10 years. I was very impressed by Benjamin Legal’s responsiveness. All the attorneys and staff were very kind and helpful. They did an excellent job handling my family law matter. I will definitely hire them again.
Sophie and her team are truly amazing! I had a tough case and they did everything legally possible to get me back in contact with my daughter. I would recommend them to anyone!
I worked with Benjamin Legal last year for my divorce. I was very clear I wanted to create the space for the process to be amicable, and Sophie put me at ease with the first phone call that it was not only possible but she also gave options on how it could happen. She worked with me through the entire process and supported me through all my anxiety and emotional roller coaster while providing great contacts to the mediator, home appraiser, and any other people I needed along the way. She helped me work out the best way to handle different issues and where I needed to be ready to be flexible - ultimately talking me down from stubborn points that were pulling me away from my goal of amicability. Lindsay worked with me and all my questions as well. With this team, I was able to get to a mediated resolution with my now-ex-husband, and we have created a decent co-parenting situation that is truly focused on our son. I hope I never have to use them again, but, should I need any more support in the legal side of my co-parenting journey, they will be my first phone call.
Lindsay is an exceptional attorney and an even better person. She first represented me in 2009, and from the very beginning, she brought me peace of mind and helped me fully understand the process.Lindsay is honest, empathetic, and truly driven to do what’s best for her clients. Over the years, she has also represented members of my family and close friends, all with the same level of care and dedication.I consistently recommend Lindsay and her team to anyone in need of legal representation, they are simply outstanding.

It has been a pleasure working with Attorney Kelsey and her assistant. She answered every question I had and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. As devastating as my situation was, I was thankful to have Benjamin Law by my side through it all.
After 12 years of a coparenting relationship, my child's father decided our long standing custody agreement did not work for him any longer, and I found myself in the beginning of a very stressful expensive dispute. I am so grateful for Sophie at Benjamin Legal. She has been so strong and powerful, she has met my nervousness and the emotional roller coaster of the loom of a custody case with compassion and a real understanding of how to meet our families needs. I hired Benjamin Legal based on a recommendation. I was admittedly worried about using Sophie on my case because Kelsey was spoken so highly of. I am also a high-strung person (especially when it comes to my kiddo) and Sophie is so calm and laid back, I was worried she wouldn't be "aggressive" enough if I am being honest. However, over the last few months she has proven me so wrong, her laid back personality shines and I love her push back in a very humble way! She can stand up for our family in such a powerful and elegant manner. She has been the calming voice within my storm. Facing up against my child's father and his "aggressive" deminer lawyer is made bearable because Sophie is in our corner. Every question I send her is met with detailed answers, and I feel she truly cares about the well-being of my kiddo. Anyway, I am so grateful for Sophie, and Greg he is wonderful too!-Bethany

She guided me through every step of the process with clarity and compassion, making what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Her knowledge of the law and dedication to my case was beyond impressive, and she consistently went above and beyond to get the best possible outcome for me.Sophie represented a number my friends while she was practicing in Denver, and has since moved to Phoenix.
